Cast-Tech Group completed the full onsite construction of a 36m x 24m shed floor, 10m x 12m apron and all associated thickenings using N32 concrete and onsite batching. The works included forming, placing and mechanically finishing all slabs, installing auger chute openings and managing all labour, machinery, mobilisation and concrete supply.

The scope also included manufacturing and installing 150 mm wall panels around the perimeter and a reinforced loading ramp system. All panels were produced using N40 concrete and double-layer reinforcement, with Reidbars, starter bars and tie-in plates installed to specification. Cast-Tech Group managed all lift planning and safety documentation, delivering a fully integrated and compliant concrete solution for the facility.
