Cast-Tech Group deliver concrete and precast scope for a grain fertiliser shed and loading ramp facility in Kunjin, Western Australia, including precision-finished concrete floors, aprons, and a full precast perimeter wall and loading ramp panel system.
Onsite Concrete Works
We delivered N32/14 concrete across the facility. The scope included a 30.0m x 18.0m shed floor, an 8.0m x 19.4m apron floor, a 5.0m x 2.0m apron extension, and a 7.0m x 5.0m loading ramp floor, all at 150mm thick. Additional elements included a 78.0 LM concrete drip strip and door track and front edge thickenings. All floors were finished with a mechanical trowel finish.
Precast Wall Panels & Loading Ramp Panels
Cast-Tech manufactured and installed 150mm thick precast wall panels to the full perimeter of the facility — 78 linear metres at 2.55m high overall. Loading ramp panels were also manufactured and installed, including a 7.0m length ramp side and 5.0m ramp face at 1.20m high.
